Your Mission
As Group Strategic Partnerships Lead, you will shape and manage high-impact collaborations that support business growth, digital transformation, and product innovation across the Proximus Group and its global entities. You will work across BICS, RML, and Telesign to build a future-ready partner ecosystem that delivers measurable value.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop a Scalable Partner Strategy: Define and implement a group-wide partnership approach across enterprise and telco segments, aligned with strategic priorities.
* Drive Innovation Through Co-Development: Identify and engage with partners that complement or enhance our platforms, co-creating solutions that strengthen our product portfolio.
* Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee partnership performance, track key metrics, and coordinate with sales and marketing to ensure joint accountability and delivery.
* Facilitate Governance and Alignment: Lead structured governance processes with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and strategic coherence.
* Represent the Group Externally: Act as a spokesperson in global partner forums, lead joint marketing initiatives, and contribute to Partner Boards.
* Lead Strategic Transformation Initiatives: Champion long-term projects that support digitalisation and AI-driven transformation across the Group.

What You Bring
* A Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field.
* 7–15 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or strategic roles—ideally within B2B tech, CPaaS, or telecom environments.
* A strong track record in managing cross-border and cross-functional partnerships.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Strategic thinking and long-term planning capabilities.
* Deep understanding of telecom, CPaaS, and B2B software ecosystems.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven leadership in complex, matrixed organisations.
* Familiarity with digital transformation journeys in both B2B2B and B2B2C models.
