This is a 10-month project where you’ll architect the backbone of a new Dossier Manager Initiative, shaping the future of data management and governance. Your expertise will drive innovation and set new standards for data excellence in a sector that impacts millions.Why This Role MattersOur client is embarking on a transformative journey to modernize and future-proof their data landscape. As Data Architect, you will be instrumental in formalizing the operational structure of Master Data Management, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable data frameworks. Your work will directly empower teams to deliver innovative solutions and elevate the quality of digital services for end users.What You’ll Be DoingDesign and formalize the data architecture for the new Dossier Manager Initiative, including security, reference data, metadata, and master data.Analyze and define the global data architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.Establish a phased planning approach for data architecture implementation.Integrate Data Hub concepts and Master Data Management, including defining common processes for Create, Update, and Delete operations.Develop comprehensive data models for new systems and initiatives.Propose tooling and document best practices to enable solution architects to model data across all application clusters.Ensure architectural alignment with established Data Governance principles.Clearly articulate the business benefits of your architectural approach to stakeholders.Support the Data Management team and Data Governance lead in driving data excellence.What We’re Looking ForProven experience as a Senior Data Architect, with recent hands‑on expertise in data architecture, modeling, and Master Data Management.Deep understanding of data governance, security, and scalable architecture frameworks.Ability to drive discussions, demonstrate ownership, and proactively deliver solutions.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work autonomously and influence cross‑functional teams.Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.Strategic thinker who balances high‑level vision with attention to detail.Experience with Data Hub concepts and tooling for data modeling.Fluent in English, plus French or Dutch (full professional proficiency required).Experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) is a strong plus.English: Full professional proficiencyFrench or Dutch: Native or bilingual proficiencyEvery builder we unite is rigorously vetted through our VECTOR7™ Signal Stack — a multi-dimensional assessment ensuring only the top 2% join our movement.
