As part of the growth of our life sciences activities, we are looking for a junior engineer who will support our clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries. You will join project teams involved in activities related to quality, process engineering, and production operations, contributing to the reliability, compliance, and performance of critical manufacturing environments.
This position is ideal for a young graduate who wants to develop strong expertise in regulated industries and grow in a field where quality, processes, and innovation are at the core of every project.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Depending on the project needs, your missions may include:
* Supporting quality‑related activities: documentation, deviation management, CAPA, change control, batch review…
* Assisting process engineering tasks: process mapping, equipment follow‑up, process improvements, data review, sampling plans…
* Participating in production support: troubleshooting, monitoring, continuous improvement, shop‑floor coordination.
* Contributing to GMP‑compliant documentation: SOPs, protocols, reports, traceability records.
* Supporting validation or qualification activities (process, equipment, utilities, cleaning, CSV…).
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (QA, QC, production, engineering, validation, HSE…).
* Participating in audits, inspections, or preparation for regulatory readiness when applicable.
As your experience grows, you will progressively gain autonomy and expand your technical and regulatory scope.
ABOUT YOU:
* Master’s degree in Industrial, Electromechanics, Bioscience Engineering, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or Drug Development
* A first exposure to GMP environments (internship, thesis, student job…) is highly appreciated.
* Structured, reliable, and detail‑oriented working style.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and document complex technical processes.
* Fluent in Dutch and English
* Available to start in September/October 2026
