You handle complex and scientifically challenging projects for our industrial (e.g. biotech and pharma) partners You design projects and plan experiments together with the customer and the commercial team. You ensure proper experiment planning and execution You process data, capture findings in reports and communicate to clients You develop and apply innovative analytical methodologies for the separation, analysis and in-depth characterization of protein biopharmaceuticals at various development stages You coach and train (new) team members in protein separation and ensure adequate reporting to the high company standards You provide regular updates to clients on project progress and way forward You align with management and commercial team on strategic choices You report to your Group Lead SOUNDS COOL!
