As Manager Data & Analytics, you will play a key role within the Supply Chain organization of Sioen Apparel. You will take the lead in shaping and strengthening data governance and analytics initiatives, ensuring data integrity, clear ownership, and consistent, standardized reporting. With your strategic mindset and technical expertise, you will turn data into actionable insights that drive business performance. Through your leadership and collaborative approach, you will empower teams to make informed decisions and create measurable impact across the organization.
What you do
* Design and implement a pragmatic data governance framework across the organization.
* Ensure clarity of data ownership and accountability for critical data elements.
* Develop and maintain a suite of standardized reports to measure supply chain performance.
* Drive consistency in definitions and metrics across all reporting tools.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify analytical needs and deliver actionable insights.
* Lead initiatives to improve data quality and enhance analytical capabilities.
* Lead, coach and inspire the data & analytics team (3 direct reports).
* This role reports to the Supply Chain Director.
Who you are
* You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Applied Economics, or a related field.
* You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, analytics, or business process design roles.
* You have a proven track record in implementing data governance frameworks and developing reporting solutions.
* You have experience in supply chain or manufacturing environments, which is highly desirable.
* You demonstrate strong leadership and stakeholder management experience.
* You have experience with SAP S/4HANA, which is beneficial but not required.
* You think strategically and are able to align data initiatives with business objectives.
* You have expertise in analytics and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
* You possess excellent communication and influencing skills to connect teams and processes.
* You are able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
* You show strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
