Position Job Title: Sales Support & Client Engagement Coordinator Intern

Business Group: Amcor RPSI

Location: Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona, Spain.

Contract Type: Temporary

Location: Fully On-Site, 5 days a week


To be eligible for this internship, you must be able to sign an internship agreement with your School or University.


Position Summary:


The Sales Support & Client Engagement Coordinator Intern plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing lead distribution, assisting with client onboarding, and driving engagement through outreach initiatives. This position works closely with the Director of Sales to support the growth and tracking of the Safety Stock Program while ensuring a smooth and responsive experience for prospective and existing clients.


Key Responsibilities:


* Route incoming leads to the appropriate sales representatives based on territory or qualification criteria to ensure timely and accurate follow-up
* Distribute account setup forms to prospective clients and ensure timely delivery to support onboarding and sales processes
* Conduct outreach to new and existing clients via Linked-In to promote the company’s Safety Stock Program, build relationships, and generate engagement
* Assist the Director of Sales in tracking, monitoring, and reporting on sales performance related to the Safety Stock Program to support strategic decision-making


Qualifications:


* Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Familiarity with LinkedIn for professional outreach and engagement
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and time management skills
* Strong oral and written communication skills. High proficiency in English is required


Preferred Skills:


* Experience working with CRM systems
* Ability to analyze basic sales data and generate reports
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
