What You’ll Do
* Lead the way in advanced NetSuite configurations and customisations, acting as the go-to expert for clients.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring systems run flawlessly.
* Document high-level processes and customizations for stakeholders.
* Mentor and inspire junior consultants and analysts, setting the standard for excellence.
* Build strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
* Support sales and presales activities, showcasing your expertise to win new opportunities.
* Drive innovation through internal projects and entrepreneurial ideas that shape the future of our business.
What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or IT
* NetSuite certification or PMP or similar is a plus.
* Proven ERP implementation experience (preferably NetSuite) in a consulting or client-facing role.
* Strong accounting and business acumen is highly desirable.
* Fluent in English and French
