Senior Manager IT Advisory – What's the job about?
* Lead the development of our IT Advisory & Cybersecurity service line, shaping offerings across governance, risk, compliance, and cybersecurity.
* Provide end-to-end client project delivery, including IT audits, risk assessments, maturity evaluations, and roadmap design.
* Manage and mentor a small but growing team (initially 2 FTEs), fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and high performance.
* Act as a strategic advisor to clients, bridging technical solutions with business objectives.
* Collaborate internally to raise awareness of digital risk and cybersecurity across service lines, contributing to business development initiatives.
* Drive transformation and innovation by implementing best practices, IT frameworks, and regulatory compliance measures (ISO, NIS2, etc.).
Senior Manager IT Advisory – Who are you?
* Senior professional with 10+ years of experience in IT risk, advisory, or cybersecurity consulting.
* Proven track record of managing teams and delivering client projects in a hands-on, client-facing role.
* Deep knowledge of IT frameworks, governance structures, and regulatory environments.
* Experience with business development or commercial consulting is a strong asset.
* Fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
* Hands-on, independent, and structured working style, with ambition to grow into a Director role.
* Willing to work from Zaventem with flexibility for travel to client sites in Belgium.
