This person will: /p ul liIdentify business opportunities for the organization and define the sales strategy /li liLead an international sales team and upscale the team whilst partnering closely with product management and stakeholders /li liDeepen market presence across geographies (SE Asia, Latin-America etc) /li liAccelerate new applications and restore commercial effectivities /li liOwn the selling process end-to-end and converting long, multi-stakeholder CAPEX cycles for systems (10mio EUR) /li /ul h3The Successful Applicant /h3 pThe Head of Global Sales brings international and industrial experience in a similar sector (industrial solutions, medical devices etc) and proven capability in defining strategies to pursue business growth.
