The Position
As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our teams and work on client projects located in Belgium.
As a Mechanical Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:
* Creating detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo)
* Performing structural and thermal analysis to ensure the integrity and performance of payload components under various space conditions
* Collaborating with systems engineers to ensure seamless integration
* Conducting and overseeing environmental testing (vibration, thermal, vacuum, etc.) to validate design performance
Your Profile
* Mechanical Engineering degree
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
* Proficiency in CAD tools such as CATIA V5, SolidWorks, or similar software
* Language(s): Fluent in French and English (spoken and written, minimum B2 level)
* Quality-focused, team-oriented, and resilient
* Strong analytical thinking to address engineering deviations
