Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Digital Technology Expert Platform Connectors who is curious, collaborative, and delivery focused to join us in our Clinical and Patient Evidence Technology team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.
About the role
This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build hands‑on experience with Veeva Vault. In this global role, you will support the design, implementation, and operation of integrations across the Veeva platform and related systems. You will work closely with senior team members to help ensure secure, compliant, and reliable data flows between Veeva Vaults and the wider Patient Evidence ecosystem. You will contribute to integration initiatives that connect clinical, safety, regulatory, and medical processes, gradually developing your understanding of enterprise data flows, automation, and digital validation approaches. This role offers strong learning and growth opportunities within a broader digital transformation journey.
Who you’ll work with
You will be working in a team that values positive energy, clear roadmaps, and practical delivery. You will collaborate with the Veeva platform owner, clinical operations, patient safety, regulatory affairs, medical teams, data governance, and enterprise technology. You will also partner with Veeva and other technology vendors, and with integration of engineers and solution architects to plan, build, and deploy connectors. Day to day, you will engage stakeholders, coordinate cross functional efforts, and translate needs into reliable interfaces that improve how data moves across our ecosystem.
What you’ll do
1. Lead design and lifecycle of Veeva connectors and integrations across clinical, safety, regulatory, medical and quality systems
2. Translate business needs into integration roadmaps and deliver projects on time, securely and compliantly
3. Oversee data flows between platforms, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and strong metadata practices
4. Partner with platform owners, vendors and engineering teams to build, test and deploy reliable interfaces
5. Define and apply data governance standards and access controls across all integration points
6. Document solutions, coach users and coordinate continuous improvements using automation and modern integration approaches
7. Ensure solutions comply with Good Practice regulations, privacy law, and internal security policies
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
8. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field
9. 1 to 3 years of experience in digital technology, systems integration, or platform support roles
10. Exposure to APIs, data integrations, or enterprise systems
11. Interest in working with Veeva Vault or similar regulated platforms. Experience with Veeva is a plus, but not a requirement
12. Willingness to learn about GxP and regulated environments (training and support provided)
13. Good communication and collaboration skills in an international setting
14. Fluency in English is required, additional European languages are a plus
Are you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients? If this sounds like you, then we would love to hear from you!
