Job Description:
Main Responsibilities include:
- Defining, leading and implementing large and transversal IT projects in order to realize
complex cross-functional solutions to optimize and update the organizational
processes.
- Drawing up project plans (release, timing, resources,…) in order to realize the project
in accordance with the objectives and in line with expectations.
- Helping the business defining the business requirements.
- Identifying and managing the risks of the projects assigned to them.
- Coordinate projects with all stakeholders in order to develop an environment that
meets the requirements and strategy.
- Ensure the projects are delivered in line with agreed results, budget and timeline.
- Incentive cooperation between the different parties at all hierarchy levels, in order to
realize projects in a constructive and participative way.
- Understanding business dynamics and aligning process improvements with strategic
objectives

Agile, waterfall and lean methodologies.
Budgeting, tracking and monitoring.
Knowledge of and experience with MiFID and investment processes both in front
office as in back office is necessary.

Mixed role of Project Management plus Business Analysis
Consultant needs experience in "invest" domain and have experience with MIFID/FSMA plus digital channels (web/mobile)
Crelan currently does not offer their clients to invest online - it only happens at their agency offices.
They want to develop the possibility for their clients to also do this online - heavily regulated so domain knowledge is necessary
Gathering business requirements, soft skills are extremely important, UML/BPM are an advantage but not mandatory, management of project.
