Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to Flemish-speaking customers through various channels, including chat, email, and phone.
* Assist customers with inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues.
* Resolve problems efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Collaborate with team members to improve service offerings and customer experience.
* Stay informed on company services and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
* Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
* Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
