We're looking for an experienced
SAP FICO Consultant
to join
our client's international IT organization
, where innovation and cutting-edge technologies such as
SAP S/4HANA
are at the heart of daily operations. You'll play a crucial role in developing, optimizing, and supporting business processes across multiple sites in Europe.
Role And Responsibilities
In this position, you'll contribute to both ongoing operations and strategic projects within a dynamic, technology-driven environment. You'll:
* Conduct research on new SAP functionalities and applications for business use cases
* Design and optimize financial and controlling processes within SAP
* Participate in blueprint and fit-gap analyses together with business process owners
* Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs
* Configure systems, document processes, and prepare detailed specifications
* Test and validate solutions, supporting the business through acceptance and go-live phases
* Lead implementations and rollouts to new factories and countries
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions
Profile - The Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate combines strong SAP expertise with a proactive, analytical mindset and a collaborative approach. You have:
* Profound knowledge of SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling)
* Familiarity with manufacturing environments and related business processes
* The ability to debug programming code and understand technical dependencies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* A hands-on, solution-oriented attitude and a preference for informal teamwork
* The ability to work independently while engaging effectively with colleagues
* Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
Language requirement:
English and Dutch (French is a plus)
