Team/division description
1. Provide strategic organisation & development support to TME management and Pan European Affiliate HR teams
2. Drive the People & Innovation (P&I) Agenda in the business and bring business needs on the P&I agenda (understand business needs to unleash the potential of all employees)
3. Be the key contacts of employees for career, development, and individual issues
This position reports to the HR Manager leading the BP Planning team and projects.
Your project
4. You will gain the experience in implementation of HR processes & policies meeting the business needs
5. You will have a chance to support Business Partners in simplification, standardization and automation of their daily operations
6. You will have an opportunity to develop the training programs and interactive workshops to advance the knowledge and skills of Business Partners
7. You will develop your project management and collaboration skills while working together with business partners and other P&I colleagues
Your Profile
8. You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
9. You have educational background in HR, Business economics, Socialogy, Organization psychology
10. You are fluent in English (TME business language)
11. You have good knowledge/experience in project management
12. Digitally minded and skilled
13. Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and accuracy
14. Creative thinker and eager to find solutions
15. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
16. Ability to build strong relationship and work with different levels in the organisation
17. Proficiency in Office 365 and MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
