As a Data Analyst, you are responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting data to generate valuable insights for our client.
What is your role?
As an HR Data Analyst, your main responsibilities are:
• You act as an expert on HR data for other teams within the organization. In this role, you will represent HR in the various data governance bodies within SNCB.
• You ensure the accuracy and quality of the data.
• You identify opportunities for improvement of processes and applications through data analysis.
• You ensure the logical structuring of data in function of processes and reporting needs.

• You have knowledge of how data is organized and used in SAP HR and/or Success Factors.
• You know how to logically structure and define data assets.
• You are analytical and critical and you know how to get things done!
• You are an inquisitive team player.
• You work independently towards the desired result and take predetermined deadlines into account.
• You have good communication skills and you are able to present complex data in understandable language.
You can also express yourself very well in Dutch, French and English.
Where will you work? You will work in the HR Program Office. The team consists of about 20 colleagues in various positions (business analyst, data analyst, process analyst, program manager) and has its headquarters in Brussels, near Brussels-Midi station.
