mission: promote and facilitate access to innovative
radiotheranostics, a pioneering nuclear medicine approach combining
diagnosis and treatment of cancer. Your role: Administrative
Coordination & Support (70%) - Assist the Executive Assistant
and Partnership Team, managing ambassador relations and document
follow-ups - Coordinate travel logistics (bookings, visas,
invitation letters) - Organize meetings and events, manage
invitations, reminders, room bookings, and catering - Handle office
management tasks, including supplies, business cards, and meal
arrangements - Create tutorials, internal process documents, and
handle translations - Provide operations support and technical
assistance follow-up (facilities, IT, Odoo) Financial &
Accounting Assistance (20%) - Encode supplier invoices and create
client invoices - Manage payments and expense reports - Verify
monthly credit card statements - Create purchase orders - Provide
backup support for the Finance & Administration Director
Prevention Advisor Role (5%) - Manage health & safety
documentation (training provided) - Coordinate with occupational
health provider (Mensura) - Organize medical exams, flu
vaccinations, and safety trainings (first aid, fire response) Your
profile: - Minimum 4-5 years of experience as an Administrative
Coordinator, Accounting Assistant, or similar role - Fluent in
French and English (spoken & written); Spanish is a plus -
Comfortable with digital tools (Odoo, Google Forms, Microsoft
Suite, etc.) - Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a dynamic
startup environment - Autonomous, practical, and capable of
managing multiple tasks efficiently - Highly structured, and
detail-oriented - Interest in nuclear medicine and oncology is
