Divestment Process Auditor
This role involves assessing the design and operational effectiveness of the divestment process. Key responsibilities include reviewing the end-to-end process, evaluating internal controls, conducting interviews with stakeholders, identifying process gaps and control weaknesses, and providing practical recommendations for process improvement and risk mitigation.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in auditing or advising on M&A or divestment processes, a strong understanding of corporate governance, internal controls, and risk management, and familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and antitrust regulations.
Deliverables:
- Audit scope document
- Interview summaries and process walkthroughs
- Risk and control matrix
- Final audit report with findings and recommendations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in auditing or advising on M&A or divestment processes
