Job Title: Software EngineerLocation: BrugesAbout the Role:We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team to drive the development. You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable software solutions whilst leading a small team of 4-5. Our ideal candidate is passionate about creating high-quality, user-friendly applications and enjoys working in a collaborative, agile environment.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications.Team leading over a small Agile team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and QA, to deliver new features and improve existing functionality.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable codeParticipate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software engineering.Ensure software quality through automated testing and continuous integration.Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in software development with strong proficiency in C#.NET, Angular/React and Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker.Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture principles.Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL).Familiarity with version control systems (e.G., Git).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Offer:Competitive salary and full benefits package.
