We're hiring: Process Operators (Pharma/Biotech) | Zwijnaarde
Join a fast-scaling global biotech company bringing CAR-T cell therapy to Belgium — and changing lives one patient at a time. We are currently looking for dedicated Process Operators to strengthen our Operations Team in Zwijnaarde.
Your role:
After an intensive GMP and aseptic operations training, you'll become part of a highly skilled team responsible for:
* Performing manual production steps in controlled environments (Grade A–D)
* Cell culture, media exchange, spiking, and freezing of therapeutic products
* Equipment monitoring and cleaning
* Supporting transitions between production zones
* Ensuring timely delivery of life-saving therapies to patients
Your profile:
* Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy
* Clear communicator and team player
* No prior experience in pharma/biotech required — full training provided
* English
* Minimum A2 diploma (Bachelor max); mindset and precision matter most
* Solid PC skills (email attachments, Teams invites, PDF creation, etc.)
* Flexibility to work across 7 rotating shifts between 6:00 and 02:00. 4 days working 4 days off
* Salary from 16,89€/hour
