BRAND & CONTENT MARKETEER Are you a strategic marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of brand, content and commercial growth? As our Brand & Content Marketeer, you are the right-hand to the Brand, Content & Trade Marketing Manager and a key driver of how Reynaers Aluminium shows up in the market. You co-own the brand and content strategy, translate it into actionable communication plans, and serve as the critical bridge between Product Management and the marketing team — ensuring every product launch and go-to-market initiative is sharp, consistent and commercially impactful. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Brand strategy & co-management Co-develop and steward Reynaers Aluminium's global brand strategy alongside the Manager; ensure brand vision, positioning and identity are consistently applied across all markets and touchpoints. Lead the operationalisation of brand guidelines across the team and with external partners; act as a guardian of verbal and visual brand identity. Develop brand campaigns and always-on brand storytelling initiatives that reinforce Reynaers Aluminium's positioning. Trade marketing management Own and maintain the gadgets and point-of-sale (POS) assortment for Reynaers Aluminium; ensure the full range is continuously aligned with brand guidelines and reflects current positioning across all markets. This is a head office responsibility, managed centrally from the Reynaers Aluminium marketing team. Manage the lifecycle of the trade marketing assortment: from product briefing and periodic review to selection and approval; coordinate supplier tendering processes in close collaboration with the dedicated marketing buyer within procurement. Act as the primary internal contact for trade marketing materials across customer service, supply chain and warehouse teams; coordinate closely and systematically to optimize processes to ensure smooth ordering, stock management and delivery processes. Proactively flag assortment gaps, quality issues or brand inconsistencies and propose solutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Content marketing strategy Define the key messaging architecture per (digital) product category, product line and target audience, ensuring alignment across all marketing assets (landing pages, blog, email, social, etc.). Oversee and quality-control the translation of value propositions into content, working closely with Product Management and the content creation team. Steer and finalize internal messaging validation processes with relevant stakeholders. Go-to-Market & product marketing interface Serve as the primary marketing interface with Product Management: translate product roadmaps and innovations into compelling commercial marketing campaigns. Develop product launch communication strategies and ensure seamless coordination between product, sales, and marketing teams. Ensure all product messaging and positioning is commercially sharp, audience-relevant and consistently deployed across channels and assigned regions. Performance, insights & stakeholder management Define KPIs for brand and content performance; work with the marketing community to monitor results, evaluate campaigns and drive continuous improvement. Build and maintain a strong understanding of market trends, industry best practices and competitor communication strategies to inform strategic decisions. Partner with international marketing teams to evaluate strategy localisation and ensure global-local alignment. Deputise for the Brand, Content & Trade Marketing Manager when needed; represent the team in cross-functional forums. CANDIDATE PROFILE Master degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent by experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in brand and/or content marketing strategy, ideally in a B2B2C or complex multi-audience environment. Proven experience in product marketing or go-to-market strategy: you are comfortable working with product managers and translating technical innovation into market-facing narratives. A creative and strategic thinker: you see the big picture without losing sight of execution details. Strong ability to translate complex, technical concepts into straightforward, persuasive stories that resonate with diverse audiences. Data-driven with a solid understanding of content performance metrics, SEO and analytics. Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills; you naturally build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation. Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
