You will play a key role in coordinating teams and implementing flexible methodologies to meet the rapidly evolving needs within the public sector. Your core responsibilities will include: Leading multidisciplinary teams in delivering IT strategic projects, ensuring adaptability, continuous improvement, and alignment with project objectives. Leveraging expertise in IT strategy and architecture to align project objectives with the client's broader digital transformation goals. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations on IT systems, processes, and governance structures. Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, prioritizing tasks based on client and stakeholder needs, while ensuring alignment with the organization's long-term digital vision. Integrating advanced technologies, such as AI, into project plans to enhance operational efficiency and deliver sustainable results. Building and maintaining strong relationships by serving as a bridge between technical teams, business units, and external partners to ensure smooth collaboration. Ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulations, and safety protocols in line with sector standards. Proactively identifying and shaping business opportunities, supporting go-to-market strategies to drive growth and innovation. LocationZaventem HQ Skills & Qualifications In addition to a Master's degree in economics, informatics or engineering or similar field, you should possess: At least 5 years of experience in project management, with in-depth knowledge of methodologies and tools (such as Prince-2, PMI, PMBOK, etc.), preferably in a public sector environment. Proven track record of delivering successful IT projects within tight deadlines and budget constraints. Previous experience in consulting is an advantage. Certifications such as Scrum Master, Agile Project Management, Cobit, ITIL, or TOGAF are assets. Demonstrating a strong understanding of Digital strategy. Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple individual projects, optimize interconnections, and respond quickly to changing requirements and priorities. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, change management, and storytelling skills. A natural inclination for innovation, entrepreneurship, and agility in dynamic environments. You confidently navigate AI topics and are able to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders, make ethically sound decisions and adapt to evolving technologies.
