What will you do?
* Oversee the corporate team (5 people).
* Support our activities of Domiciliation and Corporate Secretary
* Prepare/review draft contracts, corporate and compliance documents.
* Prepare the legal formalities to approve the annual accounts of about 1.000 Luxembourgish companies (holding and commercial companies) and the filling of the accounts to the business registry.
* Follow the renewal of mandate of directors and auditors of the companies, as well as the filing of the NIN and RBE register.
* Support for KYC and RBE analyses, updating internal tools
* Coordinate with internal departments (accounting, legal, compliance) and external stakeholders for clear and effective communication for client deliverables.
This offer is for you if:
* You have at least a master’s degree in law, business administration, economics, finance or any other relevant field;
* You have at list 5 years of experience in a similar role;
* You are fluent in French and English; German is considered as an asset;
* You have excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills with a professional approach at all times in accordance with policies and procedures, legal/regulatory requirements;
* You are able to work on multiple projects at the same time, prioritize matters and meet deadlines;
* You are extremely organized and rigorous;
* You are dynamic, proactive, and pay close attention to details;
