Position Title: Gen AI Solution Architect
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Languages: Dutch or French and English
Duration: 9 Months and prolongation up to 1 year
Work mode: Hybrid (2 days onsite)
Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
* Solution Design: Design and complete AI System components behind the insurance assistants, select the appropriate cloud infrastructure (eg: Azure AI Services, AKS, API Gateway), and define integration standards taking into account Belfius frameworks for personal Assistant and the current techstack Mistral AI, KORE AI, Salesforce)
* AI Model Governance and compliance: Design and implement security first architectures following guidelines, define evaluation pipelines for model fairness, explainability (incl: guardrails, prompt injection defence techniques), and audit trais.
* Collaboration and Performance Optimization: Work Closely with CCOE enterprise architects, IT Security, DevOps teams and business SMEs to optimize compute storage and real time API responses.
Skills and Technical Proficiency:
* GenAI and ML frameworks: Promptflow, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, ELK
* Cloud and Infrastructure: Azure Kubernetes services, Azure DevOps, Terraform, service bus, Vector Databases, EventHub.
* MLOps and CI/CD: Azure ML Pipelines, Data Factory
* Security and Compliance: OAuth2.0, RBAC, Key Vault, Azure Policy
Certifications:
* AZ-305: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solution Architect Expert
* TOGAF 9.2 Enterprise Architecture (Optional)
* AI-102: Azure AI Engineer Associate (Optional)
Role Overview:
* Lead the E2E Design, development and integration of insurance AI agents behind the personal Assistant for both insurance use cases (focus BDI)
* Support definition of end-to-end architectures, integration standards, and foundational building blocks (including data feeds)
* Building and scaling the cloud-based infrastructure for the PA Platform.
* Ensure PA components run efficiently on Azure, are secure and integrate well with our existing Infrastructure."
