What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Senior Infra Engineer who’s excited to shape the backbone of our technology landscape. In this role, you'll join a small, hands-on engineering team (2 people) where you’ll take strong ownership of our infrastructure and help drive its evolution.
Our environment is mainly hosted (Combell) with a growing cloud footprint. Your mission is to stabilize, modernize, and prepare it for future cloud adoption through containerization.
What are your key responsibilities?
* Manage our Microsoft ecosystem (Windows Server, IIS, AD, Entra, SQL, O365)
* Operate our hosted infrastructure (Combell) + small Azure footprint
* Drive automation (Terraform, scripting)
* Contribute to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
* Ensure performance, reliability, and security
* Improve CI/CD and monitoring
* Collaborate closely on architecture decisions
Requirements
* 5+ years in infra engineering
* Strong Microsoft environment expertise
* Knowledge of Terraform or automation tools
* Experience with hosted or hybrid setups is a plus
* Interest in containers & modernization
* Ownership mindset, able to work in a small, impactful team
