Samsonite Europe nv, located in Oudenaarde, is seeking a passionate and creative Store Experience & Shop Design Manager to join our Retail Department. This role is pivotal in shaping the in-store experience across Europe, ensuring our brand identity is consistently reflected through innovative visual merchandising and store concepts.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and roll out new store concept designs aligned with brand vision
* Plan store zoning and display layouts to optimize customer experience.
* Lead and oversee new store openings and renovations, ensuring brand consistency and excellence.
* Manage all aspects of store interiors, including drawings, budgeting, and maintenance.
* Coordinate the ordering and preparation of equipment and props for openings.
* Develop and execute a strategic plan for annual Visual Merchandising (VM) activities.
* Design and implement window displays and fixture details, including local production.
* Collaborate with external vendors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
* Maintain a strong understanding of the luggage/bag industry to ensure impactful POS designs.
* Research and integrate emerging trends and innovations into retail environments.
* Conduct regular store visits within Europe to ensure VM guidelines are optimized and consistently applied.
* Act as a key liaison with European local management and related departments on VM matters.
