Your role
1. Be in charge of managing all recruitment processes and strategies within a small but efficient Talent Acquisition team (you and a Talent Acquisition partner).
2. For a part of our business (distribution), manage the recruitment and selection process from A to Z, collaborating with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders.
3. Outline employer branding initiatives in line with company expectations and lead projects to develop creative solutions for talent acquisition challenges.
4. Proactively manage talent pools for strategic profiles.
5. Develop metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of various attraction tools and channels.
6. Oversee Talent Acquisition vendors, including contracts and invoice processes.
7. Manage change and ensure the perfect use of all talent acquisition processes within SuccessFactors.
8. Plan and execute diversity & inclusion activities related to Talent Attraction & Acquisition
9. Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and GDPR regulations in all recruitment activities
Your profile
10. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
11. 5-7 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
12. Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods.
13. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
14. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
15. Proficient in Dutch, French, and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
16. Excellent presentation, customer service, organizational, and time management skills. Drive, proactive, positive, "can do" attitude.
