Your job description:
* You’re out in the field every day, visiting independent supermarkets to level up the distribution, visibility, and sales of our Bambix brands and it's sister brands.
* You're in charge of the regions of Antwerpen - Limburg - Vl. Brabant — building strong relationships with store managers and making sure our brands stand out on shelf.
* You’re upbeat, confident, and naturally connect with people. Your energy opens doors, builds trust, and turns customers into long-term partners.
* You set up cool in-store activations and tastings, and you make sure everything runs smoothly from idea to execution.
* You stay on top of trends in the dairy and baby aisles, spotting new products, promotions, and shelf layouts — and sharing insights that help us stay ahead.
* You team up with other sales reps, the Sales Assistant, Key Account Manager, and Sales Manager to make sure we win together.
* Once a month, you join the squad at our HQ in Flanders (Near Ghent) for the monthly sales meeting — a moment to share wins, swap ideas, and keep the momentum going
What are we looking for:
* You already have some first experience in a similar role — ideally as a retail FMCG sales rep.
* French is your language, and you can comfortably understand Dutch in a professional setting.
* You’re familiar with the basics of Excel and Outlook — enough to stay organized and on top of your work.
* You’re independent, proactive, and great at managing your time and priorities.
* You’re a true team player — collaborative, positive, and always ready to support the crew.
