As a Production Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the Metallurgical and Chemical production processes. Process Control & Analysis
Perform statistical analyses on production data to detect anomalies, bottlenecks, quality issues, and efficiency losses.
Ensure monthly follow-up of production, consumption, and cost metrics.
Document and map production processes through technical files, standard operating procedures, and visual management tools.
Collaborate closely with the head of department to manage plant installations and supervise production staff.
Train and coach operators, enhance safety awareness, and implement visual management strategies.
Coordinate and execute improvement projects related to production, safety, and environmental performance.

Contribute to testing and implementing new processes or working methods to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
You hold a Master’s degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering, with a specialization in Materials Science or Chemistry .
You bring initial experience in a process, industrial, or chemical production environment .
You possess strong analytical skills and enjoy combining data analysis with hands-on process optimization .
You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .
You are fluent in Dutch and English
You work well both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
You have a clear affinity with process installations and enjoy driving continuous improvement.
