Customer Care Advisor

About This Role
We are looking for an unlimited full-time employee at the earliest possible date to join our professional customer care team. The ideal candidate will be the reference point of contact for Customer Care based in Brussels and look after national and international customers inside our selective distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
* Create Service quotes, coordinate repair orders and actively work on Complaint management through each communication channel including prestige CRM for special requests.
* FOLLOW-UP OF AGREEMENTS AND REJECTIONS OF QUOTES; DEADLINES, INTERFACE BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT WORKSHOPS.
* Reporting to the local and international management, analysis of the activity, encoding watches.
* The monitoring of service orders and the administrative support towards Customer Care Department.
* Compliance with legal aspects in accordance with the directives.
Requirements
* You have already and proven experience in Customer Care Relationship.
* You have the communication skills to work in the luxury business.
* Application-ready knowledge in the MS Office area is available to you and SAP knowledge is an advantage.
* You're based in Brussels.
Languages
You're bilingual NL/ENG, knowledge of the French language is a plus.
