Your new role
Our client is looking for an ERP Key User to act as the primary interface between business teams and IT.
In this role, you will provide first‑line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365, mainly for Supply Chain, Master Data and R&D teams, and contribute to the optimization and continuous improvement of the ERP landscape to support a fast‑growing health‑tech environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, process compliance, operational readiness, and system scalability as the company expands its manufacturing activities.
Main responsibilities
Business & IT Interface
* Act as the main point of contact between business users and IT for all Microsoft Dynamics 365 topics.
* Provide first‑line support for D365 issues across Supply Chain, Master Data and R&D.
* Ensure efficient incident resolution, user support and system adoption.
ERP Optimization & Projects
* Identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
* Coordinate and support ERP improvement and optimization projects.
* Contribute to testing, documentation, system enhancements and change management activities.
Process Standardization & Compliance
* Support process standardization, data integrity initiatives and internal controls.
* Contribute to SOX‑related activities, audit readiness and the scale‑up of manufacturing operations.
* Ensure D365 supports increasing production volumes and operational excellence.
KPI, Dashboarding & Reporting
* Leverage D365 reporting tools and KPIs to monitor operational performance.
* Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports.
* Promote data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement.
Your profile
* Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or similar.
* Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience as an ERP Key User, Business Analyst, or similar role—preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes, Master Data Management and procurement.
* Experience providing first‑line ERP support and troubleshooting.
* Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
* Experience contributing to ERP improvements or implementations in a scaling environment.
* Knowledge of internal controls, documentation practices and process standardization; SOX experience is a strong plus.
* Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and structured problem‑solving.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
* Proactive, hands‑on approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
