**You are:**
An analyst with a flair for turning data into business insights. You enjoy searching for patterns and connections in data to discover trends, root causes, and solutions. You use AI modeling to test theories and identify ways to improve processes.

**The work:**
The Center of Excellence (COE) enables Sales Excellence to deliver best-in-class offerings to Accenture leaders, practitioners, and sales teams. As a member of the COE Analytics Modeling Analysis team, you will generate business insights to help Accenture improve its processes, boost sales, and maximize profitability. You will build models and scorecards that help business leaders understand trends and market drivers, working closely with operations teams to turn these insights into user-friendly solutions.

You will:

1. Collect and process data from functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance
2. Analyze data to develop business insights that support decision making
3. Communicate data insights clearly and concisely
4. Develop industrialized solutions in collaboration with the COE team

**Here’s what you need:**

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
* At least five years of experience in data modeling and analysis, including:
o Machine learning algorithms
o SQL, R, or Python
o Advanced Excel
o Data visualization tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Tableau, QlikView, Google Data Studio
* Project management experience
* Strong business acumen and attention to detail

**Extra credit if you have:**

* Master’s degree in Analytics or a similar field
* Understanding of sales processes and systems
* Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery
* Experience in Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, or related fields
* Working knowledge of Salesforce Einstein Analytics
* Knowledge of Optimization techniques and packages like Pyomo, SciPy, PuLP, Gurobi, CPLEX

**You may also need:**

* Ability to work flexible hours
* Good internet connectivity and a distraction-free environment for remote work
