The OpportunityAn established, highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing site is looking for a Departmental Compliance Lead to champion quality, compliance, and inspection readiness across a critical function. This role combines strategic oversight with practical execution, working closely with operational leaders and quality partners to ensure compliant, efficient, and inspection‐ready processes.
What You'll DoAct as the department's compliance focal point, providing guidance, oversight, and challengeEnsure key processes, systems, and metrics meet internal quality standards and regulatory expectationsDrive a strong culture of inspection readiness, acting as departmental representative during audits and walkthroughsCoordinate risk management activities, including identification, escalation, and mitigation of compliance risksOversee timely completion of CAPAs, commitments, and remediation actionsPartner closely with QA and site leadership to align priorities and share best practices
