The Foodservice Category Lead - FMCG Sector will have the following responsibilities :
* Collaborate with the Foodservice Manager to define strategic priorities and execute brand owner initiatives across the Benelux Foodservice & Impulse channel.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities, including brand partnerships and client acquisition.
* Own the P&L for the channel, ensuring profitability through diligent budget, margin, and ROI management.
* Lead and mentor the Trade Marketer, setting direction for assortment, pricing, promotion, and overall brand performance.
* Develop and implement a digital marketing roadmap, overseeing channels like social media, newsletters, SEO/SEA, and online campaigns.
* Manage all internal and external communications within the Foodservice segment to enhance engagement and visibility.
* At least 5 years of experience in marketing, category management
* Experience in Foodservice, Out-of-Home, or On-Trade sectors
* Commercial mindset
* Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with numbers
* Proven people management skills
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
