Your mission :
* Managing and growing your own portfolio of IT clients from scale-ups to big names
* Sourcing, engaging and placing top-tier tech profiles (developers, engineers, architects, etc.)
* Becoming a true expert in your niche: someone your clients and candidates rely on
* Collaborating on the commercial strategy of the team, your ideas matter
* Coaching junior consultants (if you want to) and preparing to build your own team
* Helping shape the future of our IT division, not just following it
What we’re looking for:
* 2 to 4+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably in IT, but other sectors are welcome too)
* A strong commercial mindset and real drive to grow your own business unit
* Fluent in French or Dutch and English (bonus points for all three)
* Resilient, energetic, and ready to take ownership
* Someone who’s not just looking for “the next job” but the next level
