About the Role:
As
Brand Development Manager
, you are the local marketing brain behind the brand's growth in Belgium. You conceptualize, build, and run campaigns that make an impact.
You are part of the central marketing team in Amsterdam/London and work closely with the Commercial Lead Belgium. You are the main point of contact for everything that makes the brand visible, relevant, and loved in Belgium.
What you'll do:
* Set up and coordinate marketing campaigns (online & offline).
* Plan and execute brand activations such as sampling and events.
* Build and manage collaborations with influencers & content creators.
* Initiate strategic partnerships and brand collaborations with Belgian organizations.
* Identify growth opportunities for the brand in the Belgian market.
* Coordinate local press & PR, including managing external agencies.
* Brief and manage creative and media agencies.
* Collaborate with the commercial team on retail media and campaigns.
* Analyze market developments, consumer insights, and the competition.
* Manage the local brand marketing budget.
* Provide input on product launches and ensure a strong local rollout.
About You:
We're on the lookout for someone special with:
* Around 5 years marketing experience in the Consumer Goods sector, on the manufacturer or on the agency side.
Experience building a brand in a new market will be a strong asset.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a creative mind and strategic insigght
* You have experience with influencer marketing, PR and setting up brand activations
* You know how to set up and execute a campaign from A to Z
* You are strategic, creative, and hands-on
* You thrive in a scale-up environment without fixed structures or processes
* Fluency in Dutch and English, with a min B2 level of French
