* Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and qualify potential clients within target markets.
Develop a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through networking, initial outreach, and other channels.
* Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored Contact Center Solutions that address their business challenges.
* Sales Presentations and Demos:
Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to highlight our CX Solutions offerings.
Work closely with technical teams to deliver customized technical explanations to prospects and customers.
* Proposal and Quotation Management:
Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts, negotiating terms and pricing.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy of proposals.
* Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Provide market feedback to internal teams and participate in marketing strategies.
* Sales Targets and Reporting:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
* Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with marketing, presales, and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Participate in team meetings, training, and strategy sessions.
* A degree in business administration, marketing, sales management, or a comparable qualification.
* Passion for client acquisition and the ability to close deals successfully.
* Experience in solution-oriented sales of complex IT solutions.
* Fluent German and English skills; additional language skills are welcome.
* A proactive, goal-oriented working style with a high level of initiative.
* Technical understanding and a process-oriented mindset.
* A degree in business administration, marketing, sales management, or a comparable qualification.
* Passion for client acquisition and the ability to close deals successfully.
* Experience in solution-oriented sales of complex IT solutions.
