Reporting Project leader

As a key player within the Corporate Information team, you will transform business needs into powerful reports and dashboards, driving data-driven decisions. From understanding complex processes to designing innovative solutions and implementing them seamlessly — your work will make a real difference
Your Responsibilities:
* Identify, anticipate and describe new reporting needs for B2B. With a deep understanding of the underlying business processes, analyze and challenge customer information needs, integrating various demands into one coherent answer, deliver concrete and practical recommendations and solutions.
* Define reports and dashboard specifications, analyze feasibility, issue assumptions, constraints and risks, estimate workload, plan, prioritize and communicate with the internal customer.
* Design and develop complex business reports & dashboards using the appropriate, state of the art tools: Power BI. Ensure consistency in the layout with the official reporting interface, avoiding duplicates.
* Be on top of business and technological evolutions to provide the best advices to the customer.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Information Management and Business Intelligence.
* Strong technical expertise in BI tools: SQL, Power BI, Cognos 10.
* Knowledge of Data Warehouse components, database technology, data models, and reporting applications.
* Proven project management skills and experience leading initiatives independently.
* Excellent communication skills: ability to convincingly exchange information, give clear directions, and listen effectively.
* Persuasiveness and stakeholder influence.
* Autonomous, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Fluent in French and English; Dutch language skills are an asset.
