As District Manager, you will oversee a network of stores within a defined region. Your mission is to drive sales performance, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and maintain a strong brand image across your area. You will be a key player in developing store teams, optimizing operations, and acting as a true ambassador of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Operational Excellence
* Drive commercial performance and exceed sales targets (revenue, UPT, conversion rate, etc.).
* Analyse KPIs and implement action plans to improve results across all locations.
* Ensure successful execution of commercial strategies, seasonal campaigns, and in-store operations.
Team Leadership & Development
* Lead, support, and motivate Store Managers and their teams.
* Identify training needs and ensure continuous development of store staff.
* Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Customer Experience & Brand Standards
* Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service across all stores.
* Monitor visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand guidelines.
* Promote brand values and ensure a premium, fashion-forward experience.
Regional Coordination
* Schedule regular store visits and provide hands-on leadership in the field.
* Act as the liaison between head office departments (HR, marketing, logistics…) and the store network.
* Guarantee compliance with internal procedures (inventory, cash handling, security, etc.).
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a multi-site management role within retail (preferably in fashion or lifestyle).
* Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
* Genuine passion for fashion and brand storytelling.
* Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Flexible with regular travel within the region.
* Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach teams.
* Passion for fashion and a good eye for trends and product presentation.
* Organized, autonomous, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent in Dutch, French and English
* Attractive salary package: €60.000 - €75.000 gross/year depending on experience.
