Choose Your Path – Explore Our Risk Domains The International Talent Programme (ITP) in Risk Management offers three six-month rotations over 18 months, giving you broad exposure to key risk areas such as Credit, Trading, Compliance, and Regulatory Affairs. Many trainees also spend one rotation abroad to gain international experience. After completing the programme, you’ll move into a permanent role aligned with your interests and expertise. What You’ll Bring – Core Competencies No matter your specialisation, we’re looking for individuals who demonstrate: Analytical strength : You have a solid academic foundation—ideally a master’s in Econometrics, Economics, Law, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or Physics—and a strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Risk awareness : You understand the importance of balancing opportunity and caution, and you’re confident in standing behind your decisions, even when they challenge the status quo. Stakeholder engagement : You communicate clearly across levels, collaborate effectively, and contribute to a culture of transparency and accountability. Growth potential : You’re enthusiastic, driven, and humble, with international or extracurricular experience and a maximum of two years of professional experience.
