We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to support operational activities between Europe and Lebanon.
This role requires someone who understands the cultural and professional environment of Lebanon, as many upcoming projects will be implemented there.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural context.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate logistics operations between Brussels and project locations in Lebanon.
* Oversee supply chain activities, shipment follow-up, and documentation.
* Support procurement, warehousing, and distribution tasks.
* Ensure communication between European and Middle Eastern teams.
* Prepare operational reports, track KPIs, and propose improvements.
* Participate in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines.
Requirements
* Fluent Arabic (mandatory) — English required; French is a plus.
* Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to travel within Europe and occasionally to Lebanon.
* Familiarity with the Lebanese cultural and business context is highly appreciated for operational coordination.
