We are looking for a Business Analyst to support governance, audit, and financial processes within an IT environment. The role is highly cross-functional, requiring collaboration with IT, Finance, HR, and Procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
* Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIS2) and IT governance standards
* Support third-party management and compliance (ITM3 controls)
* Contribute to IT continuity and resilience initiatives
* Perform IT risk management:
* Risk identification & assessment
* Mitigation follow-up
* Reporting
* Maintain audit readiness and process documentation
2. Finance & Budget Management
* Monitor budget consumption (actuals vs forecasts)
* Support Mid-Term Planning (MTP)
* Contribute to:
* Budget preparation
* Revisions
* Year-end closing
* Act as key contact for financial reporting topics
* Improve governance processes and reporting tools
3. Resource Management & Reporting
* Ensure HR data quality and reporting accuracy
* Monitor staffing KPIs
* Produce consistent and actionable reports
* Coordinate with HR, Procurement, and Chapter Leads
Key Requirements
* Experience: 5–8 years as Business Analyst in IT / Governance / Finance
* Languages: English, French, Dutch (mandatory)
* Strong experience in:
* IT governance & regulatory frameworks
* Budget cycles & financial tracking
* Risk & audit processes
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Stakeholder management across multiple domains
