Your Mission
As our Project Scheduler / Planning Manager, you will:
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules—from high-level master plans to Level 4 detailed schedules—by integrating inputs from multiple suppliers, our Engineering Office, and EPCM contractors.
• Identify activity prerequisites, define logical links (predecessors and co-activities), and ensure technical package owners meet their start dates by actively monitoring and challenging dependencies.
• Facilitate interactive planning sessions, challenge and validate external schedules, and collaborate closely with project stakeholders to detect risks early and keep the project on track.
• Monitor actual progress against plan, analyze critical paths, and proactively report discrepancies to the Project Manager.
• Lead weekly package meetings, present key milestones, deviations, and risk updates, and provide concise one-page summaries of project advancements and escalations.
• Serve as the internal expert on scheduling tools (Microsoft Project, MSP Online, Primavera P6) and ensure timely and compliant reporting in MS Project Online, including 13RT milestone forms.
• Participate in gate reviews and governance meetings, extract and highlight key milestones, and contribute to risk management and mitigation planning.

• Demonstrated experience in project scheduling within an EPCM or large EPC environment.
• Proficiency with GSK-aligned project management methodologies and tools (PMF).
