ABOUT THE JOB
As a Solution Architect at November Five, you are the technical visionary who designs, documents, explains, and guards the technical blueprint of our cutting-edge software products. You'll bridge the gap between strategic business objectives and robust technical solutions, ensuring our digital products are built on a solid, scalable, and future-proof foundation. You will dive deep into our clients' existing IT landscapes and collaborate closely with both their business and technology stakeholders, as well as our internal teams, to design optimal software architectures that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
You will:
* Lead workshops with business and technology stakeholders to understand their current IT landscape, integration needs, and technical limitations. This includes facilitating discussions, documenting findings, and identifying key architectural considerations.
* Design and document the infrastructure and software architecture, creating detailed technical blueprints that address both functional and non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability, maintainability). You'll consider cloud-native best practices and strive for elegant, efficient solutions.
* Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and software engineers to translate business needs into viable technical designs, ensuring the architectural vision is maintained throughout the development process.
* Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams, promoting best practices and helping improve development quality and efficiency. This may involve code reviews, technical mentorship, and proactive problem-solving.
* Confidently present and explain your architectural decisions and technical roadmaps to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and buy-in from all stakeholders.
