BrWhat do we expect from you :brTechnical Assistants perform procedural work in a lab and on a computer.brTheir role is to prepare test/products, perform routine assigned tests and/or generate data in a reliable, quality manner.brIn addition, they manage relevant administrative tasks.brThey do not have an overall project responsibility but their work is vital for the development of foundational scientific understanding and the evaluation of new hypotheses. Technical Assistants can contribute to the digital data capturing or have to become savvy on this.brIn their work, Technical Assistants:br- Learn new test methods and prepare and perform them with excellence, in a dependable/quality manner.br– Have knowledge of data retrieval/analysis processes; working knowledge of computer application/software packages.br–Check accuracy of data; detects any irregularities and report these to the supervisor/technical coach.br– Perform routine work in RD labs independent in limited aspects of job.br– Ask questions to resolve uncertainty about the task.br– Priorities are defined by their supervisor/technical coach; limited control over schedule method of work.br– Have written and verbal communication skills necessary to convey information and report the data tobrtheir supervisor/technical coach.bProfiel /bYour Skills we are looking for:br- Can organize daily work independently: meeting deadlines and changing prioritiesbr- Can work in larger team, with different type of colleagues and levels.br- Can work with general MS Office: Excel, Powerpoint, Outlookbr- Analytical mind set and eye for detailbr- Strong follow-up skillsbr- Able to flag unexpected resultsbr- Participate in meetings to align weekly test program with supervisorbr-Eager to learn: via online-trainings or from colleaguesbr- Language skills: Fluent in EnglishbrbAanbod /bWhat do we offer?br- Duration : Project of +/- 5 Months up to Max. 1 Year (Weekly Contracts) -- Extension up to 1 Year (Maximum) is possible, but is not always a Guarantee from the Start!;br- Salary : Attractive Salary Package (to be clarified while having a more personal Conversation with the Applicant);br- Extra Reimbursements : 75 % Refund for Public Transport Costs OR Mileage Allowance for Car Transport;br- Food : Company Restaurant (International Cuisine);br- Asset on your CV : Working in an International Company.
