We are looking for a sales specialist for our Petro-Chemical and Refinery (PCR) customer segment. You aim to strategically support PCR customers with our energy related utilities: temperature control and power. In Belgium these customers are mainly based within the port of Antwerp and some in Wallonia.
Your Responsibilities
- Expand within existing customer bases, while maintaining high service standards.
- Develop and implement sales, marketing, and account plans to grow market share. Identify customer within the petrochemical sector that require Temperature Control solutions.
- Respond promptly to customer requests for support with utility failures; deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
- Enhance Aggreko’s profile as an industry leader in cutting-edge temperature control solutions.
- Use CRM tools effectively to manage customer activities, leads, and market insights.
- Work closely with Engineering and Operations.
- Propose fleet and service developments that meet customer and legislative requirements.
- Prepare and submit proposals detailing the client’s needs, adhering to Aggreko’s terms, safety and quality standards.
You’ll Have the Following Skills and Experience:
- You do understand the operational and supply processes in the PCR sector. As such you have a good understanding of a wide range of the utilities that add Capex/Opex value to them, especially temperature control related.
- You are result focused, gained new customers and developed accounts.
- You’re driven by customer success: you align the needs of multiple decision-makers within large organizations, and you have strong presentation and objection-handling skills.
- You are a strong team player who organises delivery across multiple functions.
- You are dedicated to register commercial and contractual appointments in systems.
- You are fluent in Dutch and in English and you have business proficiency in French.
- You live in the Benelux and hold a valid driver’s license.
