From bidding, through construction, installation and operation, costs are in the $billions over multiple years and require many strategic partnerships across a dynamic geopolitical and environmental landscape. There are complex financial structures in place that need to be carefully managed with both cash and financial reporting implications across multiple entities. The Corporate Controlling team are essential for ensuring these positions are clearly understood, optimised and carefully managed. /p h3In this role you will /h3 ul liProvide oversight and control of the Corporate entities of JERA Nex bp /li liReport the Group financial performance versus Budget to JNBP leadership and shareholders /li liManage the short-term cash position of JNBP Corporate entities, ensuring the Group maximises the return on its cash balances /li liWork in very close cooperation with the project and business controllers /li liManage the intercompany transactions across JNBP, ensuring they are accurate and in accordance with the Transfer pricing policy /li liWork to continuously improve the data, workflows and control environment of SAP S4/HANA and the Corporate entities /li liWork with Accounting to achieve an accurate financial close each period for Corporate entities /li liAct as a subject matter expert on Group Consolidation for the rollout of Anaplan across Finance /li liAd hoc project and modelling activity in support of the business /li /ul h3To be successful in the role you will bring /h3 ul liA recognised accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) or a Master’s degree in Finance. /li liMore than 10 years’ experience of working in a Financial Control environment. /li liExperience of working with SAP S4/HANA in a multi-currency multi-geography organisation. /li liAbility to think holistically about the business control environment, whilst also being hands‑on and involved in the details as necessary. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to interpret financial data. /li liMeticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and analysis. /li liAn ability to understand and simplify complex procedures. /li liAdvanced user of MS Office. /li liGood team working skills and an ability to work autonomously. /li liFluent spoken and written English.
