At FlowTribe, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to take on a lead role in our tech team!We build and market software products to automate time-consuming tasks for accountants, lawyers and entrepreneurs. We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of key components of our platform. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, mentoring others, and helping to shape both product and engineering direction.
As a tech lead, you'll guide a small team of engineers, collaborate closely with our head of engineering, head of AI, product team and lead UI/UX designer to take projects from start to finish. While this is a leadership role, it remains hands-on — you'll be expected to contribute code, lead by example, and set high standards for engineering excellence.
Our apps are built using an Angular frontend, NestJS on NodeJS backend services, all written in TypeScript, deployed in scalable stateless container infrastructure on Google Cloud backed by a MongoDB database. Experience with similar technologies is a plus, but curiosity, adaptability, and strong engineering fundamentals are what matter most.

5+ years of experience in a Software Engineering, Development, or Engineering Leadership role~ Good handling of applying software architecture principles to design performant, scalable, secure, maintainable systems.~ Degree in Computer Science and Engineering, Software Development or related field~ Experience managing infrastructure in Google Cloud is a plus
