Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing purchase orders B2B, coordinating shipments and transits, tracking incoming articles, and overseeing the procurement of office supplies. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and process purchase orders B2B, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation. Track shipment and transit activities, working with logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries. Maintain accurate records of incoming articles, checking goods received against purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies. Manage the purchase of office supplies and ensure sufficient stock levels. Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to track order timelines, deliveries, and quality compliance. Maintain organized logs, records, and reports related to purchasing and inventory. Provide general administrative and coordination support to the office and purchasing team. Requirements: Secondary education diploma (e.G., Diploma van secundair onderwijs or equivalent). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.+ Previous experience in office coordination, administration, or purchasing/logistics is a plus. Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP experience isan advantage. Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with import/export documentation and logistics operations.
