* Respond to IT support requests via the ticketing system or through phone/MS Teams
* Evaluate support requests and determine their urgency
* Handle straightforward issues or escalate more complex cases to senior colleagues when necessary
* Deliver high-quality support either remotely or on-site, depending on the case
Profil
* 1–2 years of experience in a similar or equivalent role
* Excellent knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365, especially MS Teams
* Strong troubleshooting skills for typical PC/laptop issues: network/software settings, printing, Wi-Fi, screen sharing, A/V, etc.
* The ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
* Good communication skills to clearly interact with users, understand their needs, and explain solutions
* A customer-oriented mindset: friendly, empathetic, patient, and problem-solving
* Fast learning ability and strong attention to detail
* Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong asset
Offre De € 3.000 à € 4.000 par mois
* Location: Brussels (on-site only)
* Contract: 3–6 month interim contract, with the possibility of a full-time permanent position
* Start Date: Early August
* Salary: Up to €4,000 gross/month (full-time equivalent)
* Working Time: 50%–60% (approx. 19h45 to 23h42/week)
* Schedule: Ideally every weekday, either mornings or afternoons
